For more than 30 years, HLB Otak, Inc. (HLB) has provided professional surveying, civil engineering, planning, water rights, and wetlands consulting services to individual, corporate and municipal clients along the Oregon and Washington Coast. Our merge with Otak, Inc. in 2006 expanded our available resources to include architectural, water resources, transportation services and construction management.
